seems like your engine has different channels for each injector.
bioadapters working at temperatures lower than -25C, many users write that everything is ok, but i can't made tests here on different cars, we have such temperatures only some days and not every year, so i write -25 (confirmed by many tests here).
you do not want to use piggyback, you can use bigger injectors, higher fuel pressure or reflashing ECU, but you will need to solve cold start problem. conversion by resistor on temperature sensor - may work, but will be better to use 3 different resistors - for normal working, for cold and very cold weather start. enrichment, needed for cold start in low temperatures, is pretty big, maybe your ECU can not make it and turn on CE light. so, maybe you will need to combinate 2 of this ways. for example, reflashing ECU for normal operating and switch with resistors in cabin for cold starting.
my early models of bioadapter has one fixed cold start enrichment %, and some users told that it is not very good, for +10...+5C enrichment was too big, for -20...-25C - too small. engine starts anyway, but not so quick and easy as they want. sometimes they change % for summer and for winter. thats why i recomment to use at least 2 different resistors for cold start. now in bioadapter cold start enrichment calculated automatically, using thermal sensor.
