The stock Corvettes will also run the quarter-mile track at high speeds. Their standard gasoline engines have been converted to run on E85, a high octane blend of 85% ethanol and 15% ordinary unleaded gasoline.

“By using E85, these Corvette owners are enjoying more horsepower and a cooler-running engine,” said Grady Koch of Kearney Raceway Park. “The Corvettes are seeing 1,000 horsepower, thanks to high-performance E85 fuel.”
